Sicilian “Caponata”, traditional cheeses made with pistachio and black pepper, olives, Sicilian dried tomatoes and fresh baked ricotta.

Pasta Course:
Pasta with pistachio, Ragusana Pasta with black pork sausage, tomato and basil.

Main Course:
Black pork sausage with roast potatoes, grilled meatballs on a bed of bay leaves.
